At Afric Home Touch we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. This policy explains how refunds and replacements work for our food items.
1. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of fresh and prepared foods, we do not offer refunds for:
- Wrong orders made by the customer
- Items returned after delivery
- Food that has been consumed
2. When Refunds or Replacements Apply
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
- You receive the wrong item
- An item arrives damaged or spoilt
- Your order is missing an item
